0. Color Balance

When the movie is paused at the start the entire frame should be black. It should NOT be a light gray. This may be an issue for older versions of VLC or if you switch between players rapidly.

1. Intro
===========================================
In your possession is an enormous Counter-Strike 1.6 blooper reel.
It is dedicated to cratering, poor spray control, bad decisions, team killing of all types, and the high comedy of grenades and ladders. In essence it is a monument to what the internet circa 2008-10 would label EPIC FAIL.
But who are these damned souls? A humble clan named TFR. An archive of demos going back to 2003. You are a witness to the ongoing tragedy of our digital lives.

2. What is "Glugly?"
===========================================
Glugly is shooting your team mate in the head and then cratering. Glugly is emptying your clip at an enemy not even looking at you and missing every bullet. Glugly is thinking you have a kit when you don't and then exploding. Glugly is buying a shield in a match.
Glugliness can strike anyone at anytime, from a pub star playing iceworld to a professional player like f0rest or Neo playing in a major tourney. And Glugliness knows no boundaries. You can be glugly in StarCraft, Left 4 Dead, Mario 3, basketball and even the game of life.
But whence the term? Glugs is a longtime member of TFR. He is not the worst member of all time. He is perhaps the most lovable and adorable. It is difficult to hate his awww shucks demeanor or bottomless well of postive energy. His propensity for running while shooting, questionable aim, and team nading have been the inspiration for numerous clips and movies throughout the years (including Glugly 1), although this is the first to see a popular release outside the TFR / SDA / Elite circle.

3. What is happening at the end?

First you have to understand what an "LP" is. It stands for Let's Play. Someone will play through a video game and comment on it while they play (or dub over it later). Like anything else 90% of it is crap, 10% is awesome.
Retuspurae (http://www.youtube.com/user/retsupurae, Engrish for "let's play") is a youtube group dedicated to viciously making fun of LPers. Diabetus, slowbeef, ProtonJon, and others. Think of it as MST3K or Riftrax for for LPers.
And they are full of win.
Billy (http://www.youtube.com/user/billymc) is a very bad LPer. It took him about a year to get through Mario Lost Levels. He dies in many dumb ways and has an...interesting, childlike persona. He is glugly as **** from top to bottom.
The Billy Series is retuspurae's best work. It spans quite a bit. These are just some highlights I thought worked. The SMB2 bit isn't Billy, I just thew it in there.

Some clips from opposing teams were so good they could not be ignored, such as 2:53 or 13:37.
PDO's TK knife in the first segment isn't as bad as it looks to start with (the flailing deagle) because he was blind. I use a program which disables flashes (except for one clip later on). The knife itself was all him though.
The poor soul at 18:24-18:27 (mill middle, USP fail) is Line.
The rafter fail @ 16:44 is Brad.
