And In case your wondering what's going on at XJ, the case is that myself (Moxx) and also omilo decided to leave the administrator crew. Now the plan is to move to Vegas and get married. The fact is that we've been thinking of it for a while, and this whole situation just made us go over the edge. I speak for both of us when I'm saying that the motivation isn't what it used to be, you do the job because it's fun, and when it's not fun anymore you dont enjoy it. It becomes "work", that you do because you have to, not because you want to.
Moxx和omilo决定离开XJ管理团队，Moxx打算去维加斯结婚。
原因呢，是因为他们已经失去乐趣了。
刚开始做管理员是一种乐趣，后来这个变成了一种工作。
你不得不完成这个工作。
And speaking a little for myself I don't feel the amount of work you put in is equivalent to the appreciation received.
我觉得自己所付出的并没有得到相应的赞赏。
