if a WR dont according to the time showed on hourmeter,i think it s not suitable.
great majority of ppl also dont know the real time
may be here mgD's 0516 faster than there zhady's 0516(real time 0518)
if the faster one showed 0517 but the real time 0516?!
what would u deal with?
in my opinion,we are just for fun,though one is faster,timer hourmeter's show is the fanal.
international competition can have the nomal order of mistakes.
such as on the tennis court,everyone could not challenge the hawk-eye all the time they want.
is it possible that a condition of confusion coming?!
