Just wanted to post a quick reminder for all the mappers currently working on a longjumpmap for the contest, it's only 4 days left to send in your map.
Deadline: 1'st March, 2008 Rules:
1. You CANT send in a map from the previous contest.
2. You NEED to include 32 player spawns.
3. No timer is required.
4. Guidelines - the map must include theese lengths:
CJ's: ~240-275
LJ's: ~220-265
HJ's: ~220-250
BJ'S: ~220-250
5. We recommend a jumpheight of 24-25 units.
6. Keep in mind that longjumping requires high fps, so make it look good but keep the fps high.
7. Ofcourse you need to make the Countjump blocks wider so you can make a bigger pre.
8. Remember that the map you send in is FINAL, NO updates are possible to make.
9. Name your map KZ_longjumps2_nick/nicks

So basicly all you need to do is:
1. Make a map including: CJ's: ~240-275, LJ's: ~220-265, HJ's: ~220-250, BJ'S: ~220-250. Ofcourse with a free design of your choise and any ideas you have in mind, but keep in mind that longjumps require high fps, so dont make too many details.
2. Upload the map, named: kz_longjumps2_nick (ex. -link-) and send the download link to kz`Moxx or radon at Quakenet. So I recommend you hurry up and send in your map, cause the deadline is close.
