There are some changes in the Cosy-Climbing's page, team and in the cup system.

Lets start with the team.

SilverNinja joined our crew! Lets give him a warm welcome *hug*. Also, you must have read the XJ's news about kayne, who was also a jumper here and of course, got kicked from the team and banned from the page & the mirc channel.

Moving to the website changes...

Cosy-Climbing will host nonKZ maps. The reason? Cypress-Climbing is way away from a serious community - their head admin s1z3 was cought for cheating again. Also, he was involved in the fps Death leaking, the same leaking which caused thopa leave the XJ Staff. Of course, there are going to be people who wont like this idea - Cosy-Climbing to host nonkz maps, because "cypress" was the official. Indeed, "cypress" is not and will never be the official. The new about naming the demos is also changed. Instead of notkz_map_Nikola_1337.rar, you have to name your demo notkz_map_Nikola_1337.10.rar. The miliseconds can be seen by Demolyser/fpsDeath.

New feature: KZ Points. Everytime you beat a demo, you'll get amount of points. This amount depends from the last demo beat to your demo beat. Here's an example: on 10.08.2009 I beat bk_bhop; on 19.08.2009 player "layer" beats my demo and gets 9 points. Those KZ Points will get you some features, which we'll alone a bit later

Lets take a look at the cup changes..

I (Nikola) has been recoding the whole mirc cup system. So far, it got just as I wanted. To play cups, you gotta register to the bot. How do you do that?

/msg Cosy-Climbing register password steamid

here's a real example:

/msg Cosy-Climbing register ccr0x STEAM_ID:0:0:1337

After you register, you have to login. Your login name, will be the nick with which you've registered. Lets say my nick was "Nikola" and if we take the example with the registering, my password is "ccr0x" - then just message the bot like:

/msg Cosy-Climbing login nickname password

or like with the real example:

/msg Cosy-Climbing login Nikola ccr0x

Then you are ready to play the cups ^^


A little change in the cup system on the server also. When the admin set the start position, all the current jumpers need is to say !ready and the match starts.

请懂英语di速翻译，貌似COSY成了nonkz maps主场了。我查了一下，所有nonkz maps都没有记录，这真是CC刷图党的福音啊，以后可以转战这里了，cypress要倒闭咯。只是不知道有什么规则，WR选手能不能参与刷图?如果有2个wr以上的选手不能刷图的话，那以后我们就可以爽啦，哈哈哈。上传demo的时间要精确到小数点后两位，不能四舍五入。Remember to name your demo like notkz_map_Nikola_1333.37.rar, where 1333 is your timer time and 37 are the first 2 digits of the miliseconds (which can be viewed by Demolyser/fpsDeath)
